Chamlar Lakefront Cottage #2/3

Chamlar's Cottage #2/3 is a large house divided into two separate side-by-side self-sufficient units. Guests can access both sides from the 40' long front screened porch without ever having to go outside.  The house is perfect for an extended family or group of friends wishing to vacation together & who might want some private space as well. 

 

Cottage #2/3 has 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens & two living areas, which are equally divided between the two sides.  There are two very large screened dining/lounging porches with beautiful lake views, as well as an attached sundeck facing the lake with chaises and an outdoor dining set.

The house has 6 queen beds, 2 twins & 1 twin-over-full bunkbed. The main floor of each side of the house has a bedroom with a queen bed for those guests who don't wish to climb stairs. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The 2 downstairs baths have showers & both upstairs baths have tubs. The 2 fully-equipped kitchens feature full-size appliances as well as a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven & blender.

Cottage #2/3 also has broadband WiFi, bedroom window fans to draw in the cool mountain air, & two large Weber charcoal grills.
