Availability & Renting a Cottage
We are open only during the summer months, from the end of June to Labor Day.
Each Cottage is rented by the week with a one-week minimum stay.* Our "rental week" runs Saturday to Saturday.
Fill out our Contact Form, email or call, but make your reservation as early as you can. Chamlar's Cottages fill up quickly, as our guests tend to come back year after year.
We very much value these long-time friends, but love to make new ones as well. We bet you'll want to come back year after year, too!
* If there is a vacant week when the season begins, we will consider a partial week reservation.
Important Things to Know About Your Stay
Chamlar's Lakefront Cottages are "housekeeping" cottages. Guests provide their own linens, blankets, pillows, towels & all consumables. Sadly, we are not able to accommodate Guests' pets due to insurance restrictions. So as not to disturb your neighbors, rather than TV's, we have provided fast-streaming WiFi in each Cottage for use on personal electronic devices with your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., accounts.
Each Cottage has a maximum number of Guests allowed due to fire safety & other considerations. This number includes children 3 years of age & older. Only 1 child under 3 years old may exceed the maximum number of Guests per Cottage. Check-in time begins at 4pm & checkout the following Saturday is at 10am, unless other arrangements with Chamlar management are made. PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR A FULL LIST OF CHAMLAR'S POLICIES.
